2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, the amount of data transferred, the referrer, browser and operating system.
The processing serves the secure and technically reliable provision of the website on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. STRATO states that it stores IP addresses for a maximum of seven days to detect and prevent attacks and processes the data in German data centres. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.
The connection to this website is encrypted via SSL/TLS. Your entries in the enquiry form are therefore transmitted in encrypted form.
3. Contact and enquiry form
If you contact me via the form, email or phone, the information you provide is processed to handle and answer your enquiry. In the form, your name and at least one contact option are required, plus some minimum details depending on your request: the type of property and its location; for a search, the property sought, purchase or rental and the preferred area; for a general question, the message. Without this information, I cannot process your enquiry. All other information is optional.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a specific or pre-contractual enquiry is concerned, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The form is processed on the STRATO web space and forwarded as an email to Baujahr 77 Immobilien. Please do not send confidential documents or particularly sensitive information via the form. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
4. Storage period
Enquiries are deleted once they have been dealt with and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for further storage. If a contractual relationship is established, the statutory retention periods apply. A registered search is stored until you withdraw it or it has evidently been completed.
5. Your rights
Within the statutory framework, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Any consent given can be withdrawn with effect for the future.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For non-public bodies in Bavaria, the competent authority is generally the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

This website does not use any analytics or marketing services and does not set any cookies. The fonts used are loaded directly from this web server; no connection is made to external font providers.
